Ebeys Landing State Park contains a great deal of varied landscape to explore, and an good way to get a taste of everything is to combine the Ebey Beach Trail and Ebey Bluff-Ridge Trail into a short loop. While hikers have the option of starting out with a walk along the shore, we recommend starting by climbing the stairs up to the bluff. Not only does this approach allow you to quickly reach the hikes stunning views, but it also avoids a much steeper climb at the far end of the loop. There's a lot more to Ebey's Landing, and you can learn all about it in Washington Wildflower Hikes: 50 Destinations. You'll find a trail map, route descriptions, history, and more for this and many other hikes throughout the State. Help support hikingwithmybrother.com and the work we do by picking up a copy!
