Take Interstate 5 Exit 230 for Burlington/Anacortes and State Route 20. Turn left onto Highway 20 West and continue 11.7 miles to a traffic circle. Avoid the Highway 20 Spur leading to Anacortes, instead proceeding on Highway 20 West. Continue another 6.1 miles to a small parking area on the right just after crossing the Deception Pass Bridge.
